Owner and CEO

The driving force behind GJC, Gavin Jones has been helping companies to grow for much of his 20 year career.

Iain Whyte
Managing Director (Scotland)

Iain has over 25 years’ experience, and has achieved a strong and proven record delivering results for business owners, and motivating audiences across the world. He has a strong reputation for engaging, fun and enlightening presentations, helping people to see that the answers are in the room. Now working as the Regional Director in Scotland, Iain and his GJC associates can help to drive your business forwards, showing you what tools you need to tap into what and who you already know!


Bill Douthwaite FCA MBA joined GJC as an associate to lead our outsourced FD division. He has over 30 years experience in-practice spread between global and national accountancy firms; in-house with JCB and TSB; and as an external consultant to clients in construction, financial, legal, property, service and technology sectors. Bill is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience at the top management level in SME businesses

Bill has significant expertise at each stage of the business cycle, from startup and acquisition right through to exit, and a proven track record in profit growth, cash flow improvement and the supply insightful management information which makes a real difference to clients.


Kristiina Gwynne joined GJC as an associate in December 2019 after setting up and running her own company and spending over a decade in leadership, small business development and team building with the likes of Serco, Outset Plymouth and the University of Exeter.

On joining, she said: “I’m really excited to be joining GJC because it has a proven track record in developing successful strategies and implementing plans for clients. My strength is merging public and private sector thinking to empower teams and deliver success… I can’t wait to get started.


Emma is passionate about customer service and developing structures within businesses to help achieve success with service sales and growth. She studied her degree in Psychology and is naturally a people person. She has a working background in banking, financial sales, also service provision within a high net worth environment and development of systems to aid transparency and efficiency within companies. Most recently supporting exit planning. In her spare time Emma enjoys spending quality time with her family and keeping fit by jogging.


With experience working across multiple countries, sectors and organisational types, Rajesh has a proven record of bridging financial and operational strategies to deliver business transformation.

Nicola Searle
HR Associate

Nicola is an experienced HR Consultant with significant links to working within the manufacturing, engineering and tech sectors. She can help both businesses who are starting out for the first time and those who are more established, providing support with employee engagement, commitment and management skills development as well as day to day issues such as absence management, poor productivity and employee relations.

Paolo Peretti

Paolo is a driven and passionate leader with an engaging style and a reputation for growing profitable sales, through a relentless focus on quality, customer experience and great execution. With over 25 years’ experience he is comfortable in complex, multi branded environments and has worked for both large corporations and small start-up businesses. Paolo is a confident leader who has put together and developed a number of high performing teams and delivered consistent sales and profit growth.


Scott is passionate and proactive about people development, achieved by nurturing and coaching key players and focusing on building a successful and diverse team.

Sian Jones
Office Manager

As Office Manager, Sian is responsible for all office procedures, using her organisational skills to ensure daily operations at GJC run smoothly. A qualified teacher, with additional accounting and HR training, Sian regularly draws on these to help GJC achieve success. In her spare time, Sian enjoys social events with her family and friends.
